• Develops new programs, workshops, and courses; evaluates and revises curricula and syllabi.
• Maintains participant records and counseling notes; evaluates progress and attendance; submits evaluations.
• Provides objective advisement and tutoring to assist in completing the program.
• Schedules office hours to aid participant progress.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to support department operations and accreditation.
