Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator in Helena, MT to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. The role requires leadership experience with MTSS and assessment implementation, strong communication, and adult-learning expertise.

Travel is extensive during peak season (August-October). The ideal candidate will have experience administering and interpreting preK-12 assessments and delivering PD to educators in multiple formats.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in educational leadership, school psychology, special education, or closely related field.
Bachelor’s degree with five years’ experience administering and interpreting PreK-12 assessments.
Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
Test administration and scoring with preK-12 benchmarks and progress monitoring.
Experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen is preferred.
Expertise in educational technologies and data-driven instruction.

Responsibilities

60 % Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using a variety of learning mediums (onsite and web-based).
15% Collaboration with the Pearson internal team to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions; attend required monthly meetings.
15% Plan and travel independently.
10% Work with customers to understand specific training needs and make modifications to meet these needs.
