Job summary

Savvas Learning Company in Riverside/San Bernardino is seeking a part-time Sales Clerk to support field sales activities, prepare materials, and coordinate product activations. The role involves working with Account Managers, delivering samples, and maintaining organized storage.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Google Drive, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implements projects under the direction of the Account Manager.
• Supports AGM and Specialists with sales presentations and product activations; transports materials from storage, setup, handouts and tear down.
• Prepares materials for sales presentations, trainings, and conferences.
• Plans sales calls by objectives and actions from the Account Manager.
• Manages time effectively and communicates via phone, email, and site visits with customers.
• Uses online resources and training modules for product knowledge development.
• Responds to customers' requests and problems; builds credibility and trust within the territory.
• Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information, and resolves routine problems.
• Provides timely information for Account Manager and outside resources to perform in the territory.
• Assists with post-conference activities such as finalizing attendance lists and preparing reports.
• Learns new products, procedures and processes while maintaining daily duties.
• Delivers samples and pilot materials to sites, including pickup.
• Maintains storage facilities and processes shipments.
• Provides general administrative or clerical assistance.
