Qualifikationen

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Word and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Implements specified projects under the direction of the Account Manager.
• Supports AGM and Specialists with sales presentations and product activations; includes transportation of materials and setup.
• Prepares materials for trainings, conferences, and sales presentations.
• Plans sales calls with objectives and action steps from the Account Manager.
• Manages time and communicates with customers via phone, email, and site visits.
• Utilizes online resources and training modules for product knowledge development.
• Responds to customer requests promptly; builds professional credibility and trust.
• Maintains records, prepares forms, and resolves routine problems.
• Provides information needed for Account Manager and external resources to operate in territory.
• Assists with post-conference activities and prepares reports and project files.
• Learns new products and processes while maintaining daily duties.
• Delivers sample and pilot materials to sites and coordinates pickups.
• Maintains storage facilities and organizes new shipments.
• Provides general administrative or clerical support.
