Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking a part-time Sales Clerk to support sales activities in the Fresno area. The role involves assisting with presentations, preparing materials, and coordinating field activities to help drive product adoption in schools.

You will work with Account Managers to plan visits, manage time, and ensure accurate records. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; employees receive a laptop and access to a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Drive, Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements specified projects under the direction of the Account Manager.
• Supports AGM and Specialists with sales presentations and product activations.
• Prepares materials needed for sales presentation, trainings, and conferences.
• Strategically plans sales calls by outlined objectives and action steps from Account Manager.
• Effective time management and communication via phone, emails, and site visits with customers.
• Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information, and resolves routine problems.
• Provides timely and complete information needed for Account Manager and outside resources to perform effectively in the territory.
