Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or a related field (required for undergrad).
• Doctoral degree required for graduate-level instruction (Ph.D./Ed.D. or equivalent).
• Proven excellence in college-level teaching.
• Experience teaching face-to-face and/or online courses.
• Proficiency with instructional technology (MS Teams, MS 365).

Responsibilities

• Teach face-to-face, on-campus undergraduate and/or graduate courses during day and/or evening hours.
• Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction using evidence-based strategies.
• Prepare course materials aligned with approved curriculum and standards.
• Utilize Canvas LMS to post materials, assignments, grades, and feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and records per policies.
• Respond to student communications in a timely, professional manner.
• Assess learning using appropriate instructional methods.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
• Maintain communication with the Program Director about course progress.
• Participate in adjunct orientation and faculty development.
