Job summary

GradePower Learning Parker is seeking a Part-Time Education Director to lead center operations, coordinate staff and teachers, and support student learning. This role involves direct interaction with students and families to drive academic success.

You will participate in assessments, scheduling, and coaching teaching staff while upholding the GradePower teaching philosophy and creating a positive, energetic learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree required.
• Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting students and families in an educational setting is beneficial.
• Strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about GradePower Learning programs.
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
• Tutor students as needed.
• Set up and administer assessments.
• Establish and oversee student learning programs.
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss progress.
• Ensure GradePower Learning philosophy is applied in the center.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available.

Responsibilities (Position Details):

As the Education Coordinator you participate in the center's operations, including working with multiple people from center staff to teachers, to parents, and of course, the students! You will work directly with the Center Director as a key staff member with the following responsibilities:

• help inform inquiring parents about our GradePower Learning programs
• organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
• Tutor students as needed
• set up and administer assessments
• establish and oversee student learning programs
• maintain contact with parents and meeting with them to discuss their child's progress
• ensure that the GradePower Learning philosophy is being maintained throughout the center
• create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
• effectively master the GradePower Learning Teaching philosophy as well as coach other teaching members of the team

Job Type: Part-time with possibility of moving to Full-time

Salary: $23 - $25 /hour, based on previous education and experience

• Afternoons to evenings depending on availability
• Monday toThursday (open 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
• Saturday availability (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
