Job summary

GradePower Learning Parker is seeking an Education Coordinator to support center operations and work closely with the Center Director. This in-person, part-time role focuses on helping students and families, organizing schedules, and delivering engaging learning experiences after school hours.

You will inform parents about programs, set up assessments, oversee student learning plans, and coach other staff while maintaining GradePower's teaching philosophy.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about GradePower Learning programs
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
• Set up and administer assessments
• Establish and oversee student learning programs
• Maintain contact with parents and meet to discuss progress
• Ensure GradePower Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the center
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily
• Coach other teaching members of the team
