Job summary

Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a part-time Site Facilitator to oversee operations at the Blue Island and Tinley Park education centers. You will deliver instructional support, gather reports, and assist with marketing through social media during evenings and related hours.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year in coordinating, with additional teaching or training experience desirable. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and one year of coordinating experience.
• Teaching or training experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructional services and arrange portable equipment.
• Maintain attendance records and contact no-shows when necessary.
• Proctor placement tests and instructor exams.
• Distribute, collect, and forward required reports.
• Distribute announcements to adjunct faculty and students.
• Orient new students and adjunct faculty to classrooms and site.
• Collaborate with on-site Moraine Valley Police Officer on emergencies.
• Assist with student services such as photo ID and admissions processes.
• Confer nightly with the on-site Coordinator.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
