Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Business or related discipline.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness or at least five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver rigorous course content meeting academic standards.
• Ensure materials match catalog descriptions and learning goals.
• Coordinate with Area Coordinator and Milgard Administration.
• Use effective teaching strategies and assessment methods.
• Inform students of course requirements and provide ongoing feedback.
• Hold regular office hours.
• Use appropriate technology for the course and submit grades on time.
