Job summary

Scheels in Great Falls is seeking a part-time team member to assemble customer orders, pack and label materials for shipping, and keep inventory organized. You will work with the store team to deliver accurate, timely service and support everyday operations.

An ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience or training, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists.
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems.
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs.
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Effectively communicate with all associates.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Compensation/Scheduling:

Compensation $15.00 hourly DOE. Daytime and Evening availability required (to include one weekend per month, two weekends per month during peak season). Average 20 hours per week.

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work –

Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
