Qualifications

• Two or more years post high school education with preference for early child-centered studies.
• CPR certification and First Aid training preferred.
• Experience in educational settings with children ages 3–5 preferred.
• Familiarity with child development techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and routines for children aged 3–5.
• Assist small group and individual instruction across developmental domains, including early literacy and numeracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Incorporate play-based and sensory-rich learning aligned with best practices.
• Provide active supervision and support positive behavior and social interactions.
