Job summary

Battleground Elementary School, part of Lincoln County Schools, seeks an EC Additional Behavior Support Assistant to support students with disabilities under general supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug, background, and TB tests before starting employment.
• Meets ESSA requirements: Associate's degree or 30 semester hours or WorkKeys scores.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance with students' academics, behavior, and self-help skills.
• Assist teacher with instruction and lead small groups as needed.
• Support general housekeeping, clerical duties, and personal care needs of students.
• Monitor safety and behavior throughout the day and assist with supervision.
