The position is 20-29 hours per week with a salary of $22.56 per hour, emphasizing safety, nutrition, and developmentally appropriate practices for diverse children.

Qualifications

• Two year degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete Tier 1 background checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Pass Civilian Medical Clearance exam every two years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement early childhood education activities.
• Collaborate with parents to support child development.
• Direct caregivers and volunteers to run activities as planned.
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.
• Prepare snacks/meals when applicable and ensure supervision.
