McDonell Area Catholic Schools is seeking a creative, organized Early Childhood Program Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of our Early Elementary enrichment and Afterschool programs.

This role develops engaging, age-appropriate programming supporting children's academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth. Collaboration with the Principal and staff is essential for quality experiences for students and families.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Experience with enrichment programming or curriculum development.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain age-appropriate curriculum for Afterschool and Non-School Day programs.
• Coordinate enrichment opportunities, field experiences, and family events.
• Coach and onboard staff; ensure program quality across classrooms.
• Assist with budgeting, supplies, and licensing compliance.
