Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) invites applications for a part-time faculty pool in Early Childhood Education. We seek passionate educators to deliver engaging instruction across multiple modalities including in-person, online, and hybrid formats in Wisconsin.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and substantial professional experience with diverse age groups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years full-time or 10,000 hours part-time experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience teaching or administering with at least two of the specified age groups.
• At least one year of work experience within last five years or two years of post-secondary teaching in Early Childhood Education in the last five years.
• Ability to teach in-person, online, or hybrid modalities; strong technology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instruction in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Manage classroom and laboratory environments to foster learning.
• Develop, monitor and revise curriculum for effectiveness and relevance.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and materials for instructional activities.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
