Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
• Support per child self-care routines (toileting, handwashing, feeding).
• Provide individualized support based on developmental level and goals.
• Maintain clean, safe classroom, restrooms, and play areas per regulations.
• Communicate with families and staff to ensure consistency.
• Assist in parent conferences, events, and center activities.
• Open/close the Center and manage supplies and light housekeeping.
• Assist with meals or snacks as assigned.
• Maintain written records of daily activities and incidents.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
