Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Associates Degree/CDA preferred
• Some experience with infants and young children preferred
• Must meet licensing requirements for age, education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License and liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher to create a safe and healthy classroom environment
• Plan, develop, prepare, and implement educational activities
• Individualize activities reflecting unique needs and strengths
• Supervise children and maintain routines
• Communicate with parents about progress and activities
