Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Experience with jewelry, ear piercing, or service/hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet ear-piercing clients and shoppers.
• Educate about Rowan piercing services and jewelry.
• Support needs of clients and shoppers.
• Improve store efficiency and processes for a seamless experience.
• Restock jewelry and piercing materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the studio.
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage technology and software systems.
• Embody Rowan's culture and create a celebratory atmosphere.
