The role emphasizes mentoring, leadership, and reliable attendance at on-campus practices, with previous coaching or competitive esports experience being a plus.

• Reliable transportation and ability to attend on-campus practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Dunwoody College of Technology's esports program and student-athletes.
• Coach teams during practices and competitions to develop skills, teamwork, and strategy.
• Attend on-campus practices and events as required.
• Foster a positive coaching environment and mentorship for students.

Part-time position averaging 5-8 hours per week.

Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Esports Coaches to support our competitive esports programs. Coaches will work directly with student-athletes competing in Call of Duty, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, helping them develop their skills, teamwork, communication, and competitive mindset.

This role is ideal for individuals who have competitive experience in one or more of these titles and are passionate about mentoring students in a collegiate esports environment.

Qualifications

Required
