The position supports the E-Merchandise Manager by assisting customer service and handling shipments, loading and unloading trailers, sorting, stocking, and rotating product while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include accurately pulling items per pick tickets, inspecting for damage, labeling, and maintaining an efficient shipping pace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull fifty pounds with assistance.
• Must have a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use good judgment, discretion, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assists with customer service and transactions and processing shipments.
• Loads and unloads trailers and sorts, stocks, pulls, and rotates product.
• Maintains cleanliness and light maintenance in the facility.
• Prints and affixes labels and ensures correct item delivery.
• Maintains shipping performance by keeping an hourly average of at least 8 items.
• Models Goodwill’s IMPACT values in daily work.
