Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a part-time E-Commerce & New Goods Technician in Baxley, GA to support both in-store and online sales, combining merchandising, inventory, and digital responsibilities. You will pack/ship to the warehouse and help drive performance with leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset. CORI checks are required as per policy, with opportunities to contribute to sustainability and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or any job related experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Must have good team building skills.
• Must be able to drive sales and have a strong customer focus.
• Incumbent must be able to work with a diverse group of customers and staff, and with individuals with disabilities.
• Incumbent must also have the ability to determine when to direct a problem or situation to a supervisor.
• Requires acceptable results of CORI check according to Goodwill policy and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mission Alignment: Demonstrates Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values.
• Sales Support: Assists in driving sales and profitability across new goods and eCommerce channels.
• Product Evaluation: Identifies high-value items for online sales
• E Commerce Execution: Packs/Ships items to Warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Tracks and organizes inventory across both channels.
• Team Collaboration: Works with leadership and team members to improve performance.
• Safety & Organization: Maintains clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
• Performance Tracking: Monitors KPIs and contributes to performance improvements.
• Other Duties: Completes additional tasks as assigned.
