Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a full-time E-Commerce & New Goods Technician in Waycross, GA. This role blends merchandising, inventory management, and digital sales to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience across in-store and online channels.

You will work with store and eCommerce leadership to maintain standards, drive performance, and support Goodwill’s mission. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to serve a diverse customer base, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store new goods operations and online sales execution.
• Merchandise items, manage inventory, and drive digital sales.
• Identify high-value items for online sales and optimize listings.
• Pack and ship items to the warehouse.
• Track and organize inventory across channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve performance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
