• Experience with high school students or in K-12 or higher education settings.
• Familiarity with dual enrollment or student success initiatives.
• Experience in student services, advising, customer service, or outreach roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with dual enrollment applications, course registration, and onboarding steps.
• Participate in information sessions, orientation activities, and school-based enrollment events.
• Support student outreach and call campaigns as needed.
• Engage directly with students in area high schools to promote dual enrollment opportunities.
• Provide front-line guidance and basic advising on course options and next steps.
• Represent TCTC at school events, classroom presentations, career fairs, and outreach activities.
• Serve as a resource for parents/guardians answering questions about enrollment and supports.
• Assist with outreach communications to families and district partners.
• Coordinate scheduling and event logistics with school and district personnel.
• Support HSEO staff with special projects, presentations, and documentation needs.
