Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a DTC Ecommerce Specialist for an immediate 20-hour-per-week contract through year-end in Boston. You will manage on-site merchandising, product data, and content assets across the website and Amazon, ensuring a seamless shopper experience.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute promotions, optimize conversions using site analytics and A/B testing, and maintain the DTC product catalog and feeds in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ecommerce or DTC experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Seller Central and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs and profitability.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Work across teams to execute on-site merchandising for optimal sell-through and performance.
• Develop, execute, and report on upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Monitor website performance and experiences to optimize conversion, including tracking A/B testing performance.
• Ensure best-in-class user experience with weekly QA for company website and Amazon.
• Develop and manage seasonal content strategy for company website and Amazon.
• Manage and update website content publishing to align with marketing plans.
• Maintain DTC content calendar to ensure consistency for 360 planning.
• Own execution and operational preparedness of promotional offers online; shipping, markdowns, gift with purchase, BOGOs, and discount promotions.
