Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license (agency vehicles provided for community outings).
• TB test and physical required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and assist with physical supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to adults with IDD in residential homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living including cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Drive individuals to work, appointments, community activities, stores, restaurants, and other destinations.
• Assist with or administer medications.
• Build meaningful relationships while making a difference every day.
