Job summary

Braverhood in New York is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support in the home and community. You will help individuals achieve personal goals, encourage communication and independence, and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include documenting services and progress while adhering to agency and OPWDD requirements. Prior experience with special needs is preferred, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.
