Stepping Stone Support Center is seeking a Substitute DSP+/Advisor to fill in when a regular advisor is out and ensure smooth operation of programs. You will guide, teach, supervise, and support participants throughout daily activities at the Littleton location.

You will lead teamwork, provide life and job skills training, and help maintain a positive environment while ensuring safety and quality of care for participants. This role requires on-site availability and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Desire or experience working with at-risk populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure while delivering compassionate care.
• Access to Microsoft Teams and related channels for on-call coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Guide center operations from open to close and coordinate with fellow advisors.
• Teach job, life, and social skills to participants (e.g., kitchen skills, teamwork).
• Maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere and high standards.
• Lead or accompany participants in community activities.
