Job summary

Stellar Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP/Mentors) for our Day Program in the Colorado Springs area. You will build meaningful relationships with individuals supported and provide transportation and activity choices daily.

We offer a four day work week with guaranteed full-time status, $18.50 per hour plus $.52 mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, insurance, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safe and reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to transport individuals in personal vehicle.
• Lift 50-75 lbs.
• Passion and dedication in caring for adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful and healthy relationships with each individual we support.
• Provide transportation and activity choices daily.
• Assist individuals in accessing their community and gaining independence.
• Engage in fun activities and events with participants.
