Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents to medical appointments and community activities. You will operate community vehicles, assist with loading/unloading, and support Wellness Programming under MBK policies.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, and strong communication skills. Shifts include weekends with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver license.
• 1+ years of driving experience preferred, especially in service/transportation.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents and guests in community vehicle to medical appointments, local excursions, and planned programs.
• Safely load and unload residents, operate the wheelchair lift, and secure wheelchairs and riders before driving.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report safety or mechanical issues; maintain vehicle documentation and coordinate maintenance as needed.
