Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents and support wellness programming. You will operate community vehicles, ensure safety, assist with excursions, and maintain vehicle readiness following all regulations.

A CA Commercial Driver's License and a clean driving record are required. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay, benefits including 401(k) with company match, EAP, loan assistance, and free meals per shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1+ years of related experience driving, preferably in a service, transportation, or related field.
• 2+ years of driving experience with knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance programs and basic emergency repairs, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a proper work permit and authorization.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak, write and read English.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Safe Resident Transportation: transport residents to medical appointments and local excursions while obeying traffic laws.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Safety: perform daily safety checks and report issues.
• Administrative and Community Support: assist wellness programming and maintain a safe environment.
