Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living in Matthews, NC seeks a part-time Driver to transport residents, staff, and visitors within a gated retirement community. Shifts include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a schedule aligned to resident needs and community operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience
• Valid State driver’s license
• Must obtain DOT Physical/Medical Certificate prior to starting
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors to scheduled and unscheduled appointments
• Operate non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedans with wheelchair ramps/lifts
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting
• Prepare vehicles with pre- and post-trip inspections and refueling
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and log usage
