Pay is $16.82 per hour with a day-time to night shift schedule. This position emphasizes customer service, screening operations, and safety, and requires a valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of security experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen individuals, packages, and authorized property entering or leaving the distribution location per procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct visual inspections to identify prohibited items or irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and document observations and concerns.
