Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a general backup to Applicators to support outbound and inbound Agronomy products and related duties at our Indiana location.

This role involves operating tender trucks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety compliance to support our field operations. Candidate should hold a Class A or B CDL (Ag CDL preferred), possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail
• Must have a high sense of urgency and work in a fast-paced environment
• Hazmat endorsement a plus
• Territory/agriculture knowledge a plus
• Physically able to lift 40+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to custom application equipment
• Ensure safety compliance
• Assist in equipment maintenance
• Assist in housekeeping and facility grounds maintenance including mowing and spraying weeds
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals
• Serve as backup to Applicators
