Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Reynolds, IN seeks a general backup to the Applicators to support agronomy operations and product movement. You will drive tender trucks, assist with inbound/outbound products, and help maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

You will also assist in equipment maintenance, grounds upkeep, inventory checks of fertilizers and chemicals, and timely reporting to the location manager. Extended hours may be required during busy seasons; Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus; willing to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds and perform basic housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager and track inventory.
