Job summary

Lane Logix is hiring part-time Traffic Control Flaggers for projects in Mansfield, OH, and surrounding areas. Earn $16–$17 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance and a driver sign-on bonus up to $1,000. Responsibilities include setting up safe work zones and directing traffic using signs and hand signals.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, work in varying weather, and pass drug tests with a clean driving record. Monday–Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Able to receive and communicate detailed instructions clearly, firmly and courteously.
• Able to move quickly to avoid potential dangers and maintain focus during emergencies.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests with a clean driving record.
• Available to work Monday through Saturday with long hours and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up safe and compliant work zones and control traffic with signs and hand signals.
• Direct traffic through work zones and crossings while ensuring public safety.
• Wear proper safety equipment at all times at job sites.
• Maintain focus during stressful or emergency situations.
