Job summary

U.S. Upfitters, a division of Driverge Vehicle Innovations, is seeking a Part-Time Driver to transport light-duty trucks and vans to dealerships and customers from the District Heights, MD area. This role offers regular hours and a family-friendly work environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, reliable driving record, and knowledge of local roads. Candidates must pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks and will join a team focused on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of area roads and surrounding counties.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Candidates must successfully complete criminal and periodic motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Transport customer vehicles locally and as needed, following company policy and traffic laws.
• Deliver vehicles to destinations in a safe and courteous manner.
• Work in unison with other drivers and staff.
• Review and ensure vehicle documentation is accurate.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for installation of Transport light duty, commercial trucks and vans to and from our shop to dealerships and customers. .
