Job summary

NSG, Inc. is seeking a part-time valet/garage attendant for its Downtown Cincinnati office facility. You will work Monday through Friday from 6am to 10am, totaling 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include greeting tenants, parking cars, ensuring security, and assisting with light maintenance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions, and pass a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Demonstrated motivation, reliability, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants and assist when entering the garage.
• Valet park cars as needed.
• Control parking of non-tenants.
• Ensure safety of tenants and guests; report issues.
• Assist in receiving process; forklift training may be required.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the garage.
• Assist with light maintenance projects as directed.
• Contribute to building team projects and monthly safety trainings.
