Job summary

NSG, Inc. is seeking a PT Garage Attendant for the Downtown Cincinnati facility. The role focuses on greeting tenants and guests, answering questions, and assisting with parking paystations while maintaining a clean, organized garage office.

Work Saturdays and Sundays 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (16 hours/week). Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday. Training and safety policies are provided; background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet tenants, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Ability to explain parking and paystation questions.
• Willingness to assist with events and special operations.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Fluent English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Staff and maintain the garage office during assigned hours.
• Greet tenants, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Assist customers with parking paystations and troubleshoot basic paystation issues.
• Monitor garage entrances, exits, and general parking activity.
• Assist with parking operations during special events and direct guests.
• Communicate with building management and NSG team members regarding garage activity.
• Report safety, security, maintenance, equipment, or facility issues promptly.
• Monitor the garage for cleanliness and general appearance.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of garage areas including the office.
• Assist with receiving and delivery processes when necessary.
• Help maintain an organized and professional garage office.
• Contribute to building team projects and initiatives.
