We are looking for aspiring and energetic individuals eager to contribute to the success of Trash Butler, offering a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $1,200 per month. Paid out semi-monthly.

• Available Sunday through Thursday evenings.
• Work hours from 8:00pm (sharp) until finished (approximately 2-3 hours on average).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash to the designated dumpster or chute.
• Maintain daily contact with supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise.
• Adhere to company core values: Building Leaders, Always Branding, Create a Fun, Safe, and Winning Team, Listen, Fulfill & Delight.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repetitively.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to weather conditions.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Have a smartphone to use the company's app.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
• Work independently and efficiently without sacrificing service quality.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
