What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $600 per month, paid semi-monthly
• Incentive Programs: Employee Referral, Performance Bonus, Sales Lead Referral, Next Day Pay Option
• Work Schedule: Sundays through Thursdays, from 8:00 pm until approximately 2-3 hours later

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete nightly trash/recycling collection efficiently and safely
• Use assigned totes or carts to collect trash from residents' doorsteps
• Operate Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting
• Transport trash safely to designated dumpsters or chutes
• Coordinate with supervisors for smooth operations
• Work quietly to minimize resident disturbance
• Adhere to core values and perform additional duties as assigned
• Lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Own an open-bed truck (required at most properties), possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, have a smartphone
• Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience is a plus
