The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod in St. Louis, MO is looking for a part-time Telecare & Gift Processing representative. In this role, you will connect with donors, congregations, and lay leaders, providing updates and addressing inquiries about financial support while ensuring donor history updates.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and prior customer service experience. This position entails no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on building relationships and assisting with the Synod’s mission and ministry efforts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service interactions and soliciting donations over the telephone preferred.
• Familiarity with the LCMS and LCMS ministries.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily telephone contact to donors, prospects, congregations, clergy, lay leaders and institutions regarding financial support.
• Answer questions and inquiries from donors regarding LCMS programs.
• Provide database information, updates, and donor concerns to supervisory staff.

Formation
