Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Advancement Officer to cultivate donor opportunities and manage a donor pipeline. This part-time role requires strong communication and leadership to engage supporters and advance the ministry among students.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, effective donor stewardship, and collaboration with the program director and leadership board to renew and upgrade gifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a mature personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy's beliefs.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise's statements.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer settings.
• Experience in fundraising or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LifeWise ambassador, introducing LifeWise Academy and cultivating donor interest.
• Communicate LifeWise vision, mission and priorities to prospective donors.
• Oversee a portfolio of donors and prospects, meeting regularly.
• Maintain donor records in CRM and provide regular progress reports.
• Develop strategies to renew and upgrade donor gifts.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and follow up with donors.
