Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Advancement Officer to cultivate donor opportunities and manage a donor pipeline. The role requires strong communication, leadership and relationship skills and is part-time.

You will engage donors and volunteers, report on gift progress, and help grow support for gospel-centered programs. The ideal candidate is a mature church participant, aligned with LifeWise beliefs, and willing to contribute to fundraising plans and events while serving students

Qualifications

• Must have a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs.
• Active church participation and alignment with LifeWise values.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer settings.
• Fundraising experience or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LifeWise ambassador, cultivating interest in LifeWise Academy.
• Communicate LifeWise vision, mission and priorities to donors.
• Oversee a portfolio of donors, meeting with prospects and donors regularly.
• Maintain donor records in LifeWise CRM and track progress.
• Provide regular reporting on major gift progress to leadership.
• Develop strategies to renew and upgrade donor gifts.
• Plan and execute fundraising events; follow up with donors promptly.
