Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Christmas Seasonal Team Member to support store and processing operations during the busiest donation season. You may assist with receiving donations, sorting merchandise, and preparing items for the sales floor, helping donors and shoppers.

This seasonal role offers full-time and part-time opportunities through January 2, with competitive hourly pay and a 25% employee discount.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Receive & sort donated merchandise
• Inspect, evaluate, and determine sellable quality
• Price & prepare items for the sales floor
• Meet daily & weekly production goals (Company Target: 35 processed pieces per hour)
• Maintain organization & safety within the processing area
• Work closely with team members to keep inventory moving efficiently
