Job Objective: Provide excellent customer service to donors at the store donation door, maintain a clean and organized donation area, and handle transactions accurately.

Essential Functions: This includes presenting a professional appearance, greeting donors, maintaining donation areas, ensuring security, receiving and receipting donations, safeguarding materials, tracking donations, advising donors on unacceptable materials, sorting donations, reporting issues, and supporting logistics like loading/unloading trucks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or currently pursuing.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Problem-solving ability and basic math skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background tests.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, handle, hear, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include close and distance vision, and focus adjustment.

Travel: Occasional travel for training or to other stores.

Working Conditions: Store environment with potential dust, temperature fluctuations, outdoor exposure, and extended standing. Requires flexibility for weekend and evening hours.
