Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Part-time Technical Collections and Communications Field Service Representative to support a DoD contract. The role involves equipment installation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Travel overseas is required, with security clearance mandatory. The candidate should bring active TS/SCI clearance, prior military experience, and proficiency with mapping or viewing software and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Minimum 5 years US military experience in a similar capacity
• Recent combat experience
• Experience with equipment advisory and support for defense programs
• Experience with web-based applications such as MS Office and mapping/viewing tools

Responsibilities

• Mentor senior military personnel on equipment capabilities and procedures
• Develop and implement CONOPs forHF-TTL devices
• Provide technical support and install audio/video server applications
• Coordinate with Nightwing HQ for program support
• Provide technical expertise on new equipment and integrations
• Conduct research and develop best practices
