DoD Field Service Technician — TS Clearance

Job summary

Nightwing seeks candidates for a Full-Time SOCCENT Field Service Representative (FSR) to support DoD contracts providing advisory and hands-on support for TAS equipment. Office location is MacDill AFB, Florida, and candidates must hold an Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include mentoring military personnel on TAS capabilities, assisting with CONOP development, and providing sustainment training. Travel (CONUS/OCONUS) and ability to carry 35 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience as Retired or former Special Operations soldier with United States military experience in a similar capacity.
• Recent combat experience.
• Experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives.
• Experience with web-based applications including Microsoft Office, Windows, and viewing software like Osprey, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability.
• Travel independently and be able to operate without supervision.
• Must be able to carry a 35-pound load with no assistance.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel to support Unit.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment, capabilities, and employment techniques for TAS equipment.
• Assist in developing and implementing CONOPs for employing TAS devices.
• Provide sustainment training on specialized technical equipment.
• Coordinate with Nightwing HQ and SOCOM TAS APM for program support.
• Assist users in maintaining and configuring TAS equipment for training and operations.
