Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer with active DoD Secret clearance for a location in King of Prussia, PA. Responsibilities include patrolling, access control, and customer service to employees and visitors at an aerospace/defense site.

Requires a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and experience with badge systems. Position offers flexible day/evening shifts and access to our shift-claim platform, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site requirements.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations using required tools.
