Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Division I coaching or equivalent high-level playing/coaching experience.
• Proven ability to recruit highly skilled student-athletes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to interact with a diverse student body.
• Demonstrated competitive coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coaching a highly competitive program that competes in NCAA Division I Big West Conference.
• Assist with recruiting Division I quality student-athletes.
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes.
• Lead and coordinate training and practice sessions with safety guidelines.
